This Breakfast Burritos recipe will come together so quickly! Just make your ingredients, assemble, and freeze! You have an easy and healthy breakfast option ready for those busy mornings!
SautΓ© potatoes, onions, and bell pepper.
Whisk together eggs and milk, and cook.
Lay out a tortilla, add cheese followed by scrambled eggs and top with the potatoes and vegetables.
Tuck both ends of the tortilla and roll tightly.
Cover with aluminum foil and place into a plastic freezer bag.
Repeat until all burritos are assembled, then place in the freezer.
STORAGE TIPS
To Store: If you donβt plan to freeze your burritos right away you can keep the breakfast burritos refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can store them this way after they have been thawed as well.
To Freeze: Freeze burritos wrapped in foil and placed into an airtight freezer container. Your burritos can be frozen like this for up to 1 month.
To Reheat: You can reheat burritos in the microwave or oven. In the microwave: remove aluminum foil. Heat for (4) minutes, turn over half-way through for even heating. In the oven: bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
