Homemade Twice Cooked Pork (回鍋肉)

Ingredients:
Pre-cooked pork, garlic, cabbage, scallions, chili oil, soy paste, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Cut pre-cooked pork in slices
  2. Medium heat up the pan with 3 tbsp of olive oil
  3. Add chili paste, soy paste, diced garlic slow cook for few minutes
  4. Add sliced pork stir-fried with cabbage
  5. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, salt & pepper, white pepper and 1 tbsp of sugar
  6. Add scallions and sesame oil at the end
