Homemade Twice Cooked Pork (回鍋肉)
Ingredients:
Pre-cooked pork, garlic, cabbage, scallions, chili oil, soy paste, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and sesame oil
Directions:
- Cut pre-cooked pork in slices
- Medium heat up the pan with 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Add chili paste, soy paste, diced garlic slow cook for few minutes
- Add sliced pork stir-fried with cabbage
- Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, salt & pepper, white pepper and 1 tbsp of sugar
- Add scallions and sesame oil at the end
