Stefania Arca, ARB, CNI, CNAPPC

Stefania is a young expert italian Engineer, Architect and Interior Architect currenty London-based. Her experience spans a range of sectors including residential buildings and homes, airports, care homes, hotels, family community centers and infrastructures. Stefania successfully worked in Italy, Canada and UK often taking projects through from design stage through to practical completion.

Stefania is currently working on Curzon Street on behalf of PLP Architecture, a new super-luxury residential building in the Mayfair conservation area of London. She is helping her team in delivering the project working through metalwork, airwell and facade. This project is unique as lives up to the traditional architectural context of the area, whilst also enhancing bespoke features via collaboration with specialist craftsmen.

Previously Stefania was a key design team member of the construction of a new headquarters for a major broadcasting company in West London from Stage 3 through to Stage 4, where she was package lead for the design offamous names like Gatwick Airport in London and 30GS Conversion of the former American Embassy into a world-class luxury hotel in Mayfair London. The design reflects the client's aspiration to provide an entertaining and inspirational luxury hotel, and a safe, secure and enjoyable airport. Prior to move to UK, Stefania has worked for multiple architectural practices in Canada Ontario and in Italy where she specialised in interior fitouts, healthcare design and residential refurbishments. During these years she also continued to peruse her own personal interests and research in parametric architectural design and on material and physical construction law to make real people's dream.

Stefania completed her studies in Italy becoming first a chartered Engineer (CNI-Italy) and a chartered Architect (CNAPPC-Italy). Currently she a fully registered Architect in London (ARB).
