INGREDIENTI

  • 300 g di fichi maturi
  • 250 g di alcool
  • 250 g di acqua
  • 130 g di zucchero
  • 1/2 scorza di limone

PREPARAZIONE

Lavate I fichi, sbucciateli e tagliateli in 4 parti.

Metteteli in un contenitore di vetro, aggiungete l' alcool e la scorza di limone.

Lasciate in infusione per 7 o 10 giorni.

Dopo 3 giorni eliminate la scorza di limone.

Trascorso il tempo filtrate.

Preparate lo sciroppo, fate raffreddare e versatelo nell' alcool filtrato.

Mescolate e imbottigliate.
