4 cucchiai di eritritolo
250 gr di panna da montare
Eritritolo

Ho montato gli albumi a neve e li ho disposti su una teglia con carta forno.
Ho cotto in forno ventilato per 60 m a 110 gradi e per 7 minuti a 160 gr
Li ho fatti raffreddare e ho inserito la panna precedentemente montata con l’eritritolo e tenuta i frigoriferi tra due gusci di pasta meringa .
Ho spolverato con eritritolo al velo
