CRACOW FILET
(For 1 person)

50g of Wyborowa Vodka
300g of filet
40g of butter
10 green peppercorns
30g of cream
flour as needed

In a pan, preferably cast iron, melt the butter with a pinch of salt and the green peppercorns, add the filet and sear it over high heat.
When nearly cooked, add a little flour to thicken the sauce and the vodka.
Flambรฉ and serve immediately.
Side dish: boiled new potatoes or mashed potatoes.
Itโ€™s a simple but flavorful dish with great impact, especially if you bring the pan to the table with the vodka still burning, releasing a delicious aroma.

FILETTO DI CRACOVIA
(Per 1 persona)

50 gr. di Wodka Wyborowa
300 gr. di filetto
40 gr. di burro
10 grani di pepe verde
30 gr. di panna
farina q.b.

In una padella, possibilmente di ferro, sciogliere il burro con un pizzico di sale e il pepe verde, aggiungere il filetto e farlo rosolare a fuoco alto.
A cottura quasi ultimata, aggiungere un po' di farina per legare il sugo e la wodka.
Fiammeggiare e servire subito.
Contorno: patatine novelle lessate, oppure purรจ.
รˆ un piatto semplice ma saporito e di sicuro effetto, specie se porterete in tavola il tegame con la wodka che brucia ancora e spande un delizioso aroma.
