Broccoli and Kale pureed soup
Ingredients:
- 1 broccolo
- 100 gr of kale
- olive oil
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 2 dried tomatoes
- salt
- a little of Parmesan or pecorino romano
Cook the vegetables with water, oil and dried tomatoes on slow cooker for 4 minutes + 10 of natural release.
When cooked, open the lid and add salt and heavy cream.
Used a mixer for creating the purea and serve hot!
