Pancakes for breakfast

Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat pan over medium heat and season with butter or oil.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat egg until light and fluffy. Add egg, buttermilk, and butter to the dry mixture; mix until blended.
- Spoon about 2 Tbsp batter into each cavity of the pan and cook until pancakes bubble.
- Turn each pancake over and continue cooking until pancakes are a light golden brown.
