INGREDIENTI

- 20 g di burro
- 1 scatoletta da 75 g di sardine sott' olio
- 4 uova
- 8 cucchiai di panna da cucina
- erba cipollina
- sale e pepe


PREPARAZIONE

Ungete con il burro 4 stampini da forno.

Sgocciolate le sardine dall' olio, diliscatele, tagliatele a pezzetti e distribuitele negli stampini.

Frullate in una ciotola le uova con un pizzico di sale, pepe e la panna e versate il composto sulle sardine.

Infornate per circa 20 minuti.

Cospargete gli stampini con erba cipollina e servite.
