INGREDIENTI

- 1 kg di pagliata di vitello
- olio
- sale e pepe


PREPARAZIONE

Preparate la pagliatta per la cottura e nel frattempo fate arroventare la griglia.

Dopo aver predisposto le ciambelle ungetele con un po' di olio, insaporitele con sale e pepe e trasferitele sulla griglia e arrostitele a fiamma viva.

Dopo qualche minuto abbassate il fuoco e ultimate la cottura, girandole e ungendole con altro olio.

Servite subito, ben caldo.
