FEGATINI DI POLLO AL BRANDY

INGREDIENTI

- 400 g di fegatini di pollo
- 1 cipolla
- 1 bicchierino di brandy
- qualche foglia di salvia
- la scorza grattugiata e il succo di un' arancia
- olio
- sale e pepe


PREPARAZIONE

Lavate e tagliate finemente la cipolla e mettetela in una padella con olio e fatela appassire.

Unite i fegatini lavati e tagliati, fateli colorire e spruzzateli con il brandy, unite la salvia e lasciate cuocere per alcuni minuti.

Aggiungete scorza e succo di arancia, sale e pepe, fate addensare un po' il sughetto e servite subito.
