Italian Gelato easy homemade for dummies

🇬🇧 All-Fruit Gelato, No Added Sugar


INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • Milk (about 150 g)

Wash the fruit, cut it into large pieces, and place it in freezer bags. Allow to freeze completely, then remove and blend in a mixer or blender with the milk (you can use cow's milk or almond, rice, soy milk). You only need a small amount to speed up the process, as it can actually be omitted entirely. Once a creamy consistency is achieved, serve. If desired, you can put it in a container and return it to the freezer.

INGREDIENTI

  • 250 g lamponi
  • 250 g fragole
  • 250 g mirtilli
  • 2 banane
  • Latte (circa 150 g)

Lavare la frutta, tagliare a pezzettitoni e metterla in saccheti gelo. Lasciale congelare completamente, poi tirare fuori e frullare in un mixer o frullatore assieme al latte (potrete usare quello vaccino oppure di mandorle, riso, soia) ne serve pochissimo e serve per accelerare i tempi, perché in realtà si può omettere del tutto. Una volta ottenuta la consistenza cremosa servire. Volendo si può mettere in una vaschetta e riporre nuovamente nel congelatore.
