What You Need:

1 Yolk (reserve the white)
Eggs: 4
Sugar: 150 grams
Flour: 50 grams
Low-Fat Quark: 1 kg (or substitute with any creamy cheese)
Sour Cream: 200 grams
Heavy Cream: 300 ml
Frozen Blueberries: 250 grams
Half a Lemon for Juice
Vanilla Sugar: 1 packet
Fresh Blueberries: 100 grams
Fresh Blackberries: 100 grams
Preparation Steps:
Combine 150 grams of flour with the powdered sugar, then incorporate the butter and yolk to form your base dough.
Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a greased springform, and gently fork the base.
Pre-bake the base at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
In another bowl, mix 150 grams of sugar and 50 grams of flour. Stir in quark, sour cream, whole eggs, and heavy cream until smooth.
Blend the blueberries with lemon juice and vanilla sugar to create a fruity puree.
After pre-baking, apply an egg white glaze to the crust, add the creamy filling, and marble with blueberry puree.
Bake in the oven for an hour.
Cool and beautify with a sprinkle of fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
