Spinach wrap

I love these wraps. Just 3 eggs, salt, and a 65g (big handful) of spinach, in the blender. Oil pan lightly before cooking. Cover with lid. Cook each side for a couple minutes.
Makes 3 wraps. And they do not taste like spinach.
You can put parchment paper between them and save them in the fridge. They do not rip or tear easily either, very easy to roll. 😋 I believe these are zeros carbs also.
