Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Directions:
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Pour over the crust; refrigerate for 1 hour.
- For ganache, heat chocolate chips and heavy cream until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Garnish with whipped cream dollops, crushed peanuts, and peanut butter cups.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set before serving.
