Subject: TWC Deadline for October / November wad pack

If you want your wads included in the October / November TWC wad pack,
the deadline is November 19th. If you do decide to submit, submit a
.zip file with the following files included

shiznitz.wad (your wad file)
shiznitz.doc (a text file, a la Wad Author's Template, describing the
level.)

Send e-mail, with the .zip file attached, to me, Dark Shadow
(jdbaugh@ix.netcom.com) or Jyger (jyger@aol.com). Please give your
e-mail a subject of TWC CONTRIBUTION - OCT/NOV.

For those of you who do not know what a Wad Author's Template is, it
looks like this:

========================================================================
Name: Doom Shiznitz (SHIZNITZ.WAD)
Author: Your Name Here (YNH@NOWHERE.COM)

Etc, etc, etc..Most of the wads u d/l off of ftp.cdrom.com have these
included.

Please submit - this is a very dedicated group that gives credit to
talented authors who do good work. If your wad is included, you will
be notified by e-mail.

Don't forget, iD want this to play better than Doom. That's a tall
order, and I imagine they're working *real* hard on this. Sort the
bugs out later, when the code is actually what is going into the
final version, rather than alpha code. (I know, algorithm bugs
should be caught as soon as possible, blah, blah.)

Eh, you mean raven is excluded from using your decompiler? ('Guardian
of steel' contains two nice elevators with side-moving doors...).
Well, they probably don't need a decompiler anyway... Otherwise they
can use mine when it is finished.

But serious, try hinting the nodebuilder not to break your sector by
simply carefully placing it (no vertices with x or y positions that
are used by your elevator doors).

no, those aren't the kind of elevators I'm making :)

Besides id wanting this to top doom, it's not like this should be that bad. I mean come on people, these are great games, but play them in your spare time instead of all the time, and they will last you more then days! ; )

Subject: Hexen information

I am nearing a release of my editor (WadAuthor) with Hexen support, but I
need a couple of pieces of information if anyone can supply them.

1) Can anyone tell me what the arguments for the Floor_Waggle special are?
2) Can anyone tell me how to modify my node-building code to support the
polyobject stuff?

Thanks in advance!
