Want to die in GOD mode? Build a WAD with multiple player one starts
and a teleporter, put yourself in GOD mode, knock one of your clones into
the tele and jump in! :)

This doesn't really answer you're question, but the easiest way to get
an object with rotations (that is what you are trying to do isn't it?)
is to use dehacked and asign creature sprites to the scenery object.
Pick a creature you don't mind losing, and it will provide you with
(usually about) 8 sprite/rotation sets. You probably already realise
this, but I thought I'd say it just in case.

Say! That gives me an idea! Or, rather, an extrapolation on this
phenonmena: make a "dead" end teleporter. Plant clones of some of the
players on the receiving end of [what will become] a jinxed teleporter.
The player unwittingly steps onto it... SCHWEEENG.... marine jello.
"Zounds! Won't do that again!"
A sort of pit trap, if you will. Make it into a shell game...
"Let's see... which one of these *isn't* going to kill me?"
Of course, you can have all the banners and flashing lights pointing at
the correct one, but *only* if you have the blue key! :)
