Actually a fairly simple if not obvious method is to just copy the pages at a
reduced size on a copier, then you'll have plenty of room for hole punches.
Low tech but fast :-)
Of course, if the author were to save a version in word or wordperfect format
half the planet with a word processor could manipulate it any way they like.

Keeping it compatible with BCC 3.0 is a good idea considering the number
of people out there who haven't yet uprgraded to version 4.0; however,
why not compile the exe using 4.0 so that extended memory can be used in
one version. It's ok to release a GCC, a BCC 3.0, and a BCC 4.0 version
- -- most people don't care about the source code.
Borlands seemless integration of C and 32bit Enhanced Mode is much more
handy than the kludge that is GCC.
