Subject: Danstar Munich Wheat Beer dry yeast now available

Just in time for summer brewing, Munich Wheat Beer dry yeast from
Danstar is now available!

Retailers are now getting inventory of Munich, so check with your local
homebrew store to see if they have Munich in stock. We have also
compiled a listing of retailers who have Munich in stock (or will be
receiving inventory shortly) and placed their contact information on the
web at www.beercountry.net/munich . You can read about Munich Wheat Beer
dry yeast and our complete line of Danstar products on our NEW Danstar
web site at www.danstaryeast.com . While you are there, check our new
features like the searchable library of technical articles, yeast FAQ
page, contacts for technical support and a growing list of Danstar
vendors.

Subject: Spent grain bread

Hi all

i know, it may be a bit off topic, but i just put a "Howto" about making
a delicious spent grain / sesame bread on the net.
You can find it on www dot instructables dot com. Then enter "spent
grain" in the search field and voila there you are.
Baking is such a wonderful addition to brewing, it takes less time and
you don't have to think about sanitizing everything.

Tomorrow we brew our 2nd Weizen of this season, the spent grains from
the first went into the bread mentioned above. (at least a small part of it)

Cheers from Switzerland

Thomas

Dennis,
I have not used PEX, but i used Santoprene (TPE) for transferring near
boiling fluids in brewing with good results.
Temperature Range: 76 to +275 F
check out McMaster-Carr, less than $1.00 a foot for 3/8 id.
