Subject: More Orval info...
I have a three page history/marketing blurb and a one page "technical
data sheet" that I was given at Orval last summer. If anybody's
interested, I'll type it in as a couple or three installments to the digest.
The data sheet doen't contain anythign real specific w.r.t. yeast, but
does talk about OG, color, bitterness, malts, etc.
