I've only been on this list a year or so and have already learned a ton
of useful stuff so I thank the thankless people who maintain this list.
However I have been on the Internet at least as long as this list has and
I have seen many old school mailing lists attempt to make the jump from
good old fashioned email to forum or FB page or some other 'new media'
only to wither and die or become co-opted by the admins into some ad laden
scheme to 'cover hosting costs'.
As the admins you can of course do whatever you like but if this is a vote
then I vote to keep the email format.

A lot of us have designed and build our own bath units, using macrobins and
a hot water source. You might try contacting Gene
Davis(cruise2@comcast.net) he has designed and built a number of electric
pasteurizers in the Northwest.
