The Great Lakes Cider and Perry Association is pleased to announce that the
10th Annual Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition will be
held April 10-12, 2015 at the Downtown Courtyard by Marriott in Grand
Rapids, Michigan.

The Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition (GLINTCAP) has
established itself as the largest and most respected cider judging in North
America. With cider experiencing a renaissance in the United States and
across the globe, this year's event is destined to become the world's
largest cider competition.

Featured judges for 2015 include:

Andrew Lea - English cider expert, retired chemist and food scientist,
author of Craft Cider Making, major contributor to the Cider Workshop.

Ben Watson - American cider expert, curator of the Cider Salon at Franklin
County CiderDays, author of Cider, Hard and Sweet: History, Traditions, and
Making Your Own, editor of many books on food and drink including The New
Cider Maker's Handbook.

Dick Dunn - President of the Rocky Mountain Cider Association, moderator of
the Cider Digest, primary author of the BJCP Style Guidelines for cider and
perry.

Gary Awdey - President of the Great Lakes Cider and Perry Association,
esteemed judge at the Australian Cider Awards and other major competitions,
respected presenter of cider sensory analysis workshops, frequent medalist
at cider competitions in North America and beyond.

Entry registration will open on Monday, March 16 and will close on Monday,
March 30. Once entries have been registered, they must arrive at our
shipping point by Friday, April 3. GLINTCAP accepts entries from all
countries and is open to both commercial producers and amateur cidermakers.
Full entry details and style guidelines are now available.
