I am always looking for the latest books to read on cider and especially as 
the cider scene in the US is growing in energy and information. I am almost 
done reading your book, *Cider Made Simple* and am enjoying it. I'm glad 
you took the time to speak with some of the experts around the world. Yes, 
I agree that your book helps US cider drinkers to become educated consumers 
and know what to expect in a very diverse category of beverage. 

It's a well written discussion/explanation of the world of cider. Being a 
photographer, I would love more images. I understand you would have had to 
bring a photographer with you on your travels (I'll volunteer for next 
time). The spare and simple illustrations did create an emphasis on the 
well-written text. Thanks for adding to our libraries, and creating a book 
that fills the gaps in terms regional, style and method info.
