Gentle readers: I failed to notice that part of Bill Barton's posting in
Cider Digest 1825 arrived here damaged. Specifically, the text of the old
and new NY cider definitions were missing a lot of inter-word spaces
makingthemratherhardtoread. I've patched that up and replaced 1825 in
the Digest archives with the fixed version.

Hello,
I am in Herefordshire, England and I wonder if anyone knows of any
publication, website etc. which details the expected gravities of pressed
juice for each traditional cider variety.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
Thanks,
Robert West.
Herefordshire, Great Britain.
