Oregon State University is excited to announce the start of a new course
on April 28, 2014 for those of you who are planning to open your own
cidery. Taught by Pacific Northwest cidermakers, national and local
regulators and small business consultants, The Craft Cidery Startup
Workshop <https://pace.oregonstate.edu/ciderystartup> will cover the
basics of business planning, marketing, distribution, financial planning,
licensing and permitting. The course is a hybrid format, starting online
from April 28 to May 9 and continuing on-site in Portland, Oregon from May
