Check to see if it is a pectin haze with a combination of cider and
denatured alcohol, Andrew's page has the process. If it a pectin haze it can
be treated using a pectinases, just do some trials so that you do not over
treat. While you can spray must, I normally add a small amount it to the
juice, mostly as insurance to prevent a haze.

Al, it could be.
There are lots of pectin enzyme preparations. Some are better for juice
release, some for clarification. Even the clarification ones aren't all
equal.
There are preps specifically for clearing post-ferment. I got a tip during
CiderCon to try the Scott KS - but haven't yet.

Yes, Al, it does look like a pectin haze (or cloud)
It will probably settle with time, leaving most of the cider clear.
Pectine enzyme at this stage, when alcohol is present, is not likely
to help much, but a good enzyme treatment on juice before
fermentation is a good way to prevent this to happen in the future.

Being invited as a guest judge at this coming GLINTCAP competition, I
had to look at transportation possibilities from Quebec City...
Flying seems to be like 10 hours considering time lost in airports
and in between flights, while driving would be not much more... Hence
I am thinking of taking the car.
Anyone out there also going, that would be on the itinary and
interested in sharing driving hours?
Please contact me off list...
