Hi -Im am wondering if there are any reliable statistics about the "growth 
of cider" in the last 5 or 10 years? 
Maybe in terms of the number of registered cider makers, or perhaps 
something around the volume produced. 
Maybe any industry links I can look at? 
I've heard a lot of stuff - but haven't seen anything on paper really.
