The 19th annual CiderDays will be held from Nov. 1-3 in Franklin County,
Massachusetts. Once again, we are including a Producer Forum and Dinner
on Friday, Nov. 1st. And the feature event on Saturday Nov. 2nd is the
popular Cider Salon, the premier open tasting of ciders from North America
and around the world.

This year we are moving the two Cider Salon sessions to scenic Shelburne
Falls, MA, where we will have more space, allowing us more room for
additional producers and attendees.

All commercial producers are invited to participate in the Salon and other
events. Please go to the CiderDays website (www.ciderdays.org) for general
information and this year's schedule.

Many of you on this list who are commercial cider makers will have already
received information from me. However, if you didn't, or if you haven't
had time yet to respond and are interested in participating this year,
please contact me by Sept. 9 at bwatson@chelsesagreen.com.

I'm interested to hear the options as well. We are a startup distillery and
we want to make some small batches of cider that will be aged in casks and
we were debating our pasteurization options without having to spend too much
money.
