I would suggest hitting it with campden tablets, and adding Sodium
Benzoate. That should nuke the yeast.

A couple of guys made a great cider in the Grand Rapids MI market for a
couple of years then gave it up for paying jobs.
Goldfinch was the product name and searching old Cider digest files
could probably get you a name and addresss. Their experiences would be
