Custard Peach Pie πŸ‘πŸ₯§

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Baking Time: 45-50 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes | Kcal: 320 kcal | Servings: 8 servings

_____Ingredients:_____
1 pie crust, unbaked
4 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

_____Directions:_____
Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Place the unbaked pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar and let sit for 15 minutes to macerate.
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, flour, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
Arrange the macerated peach slices in the pie crust in an even layer.
Pour the custard mixture over the peaches, ensuring they are evenly covered.
Place the pie dish on a baking sheet and transfer to the preheated oven.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing and serving.
