Condensed Milk Lemon Pie β˜€οΈπŸ₯§

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
  • Before serving, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pie and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
