Condensed Milk Lemon Pie βοΈπ₯§

Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
For the Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pie and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
