Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake in a Jar π°π₯

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour six 8-ounce mason jars.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
- Spoon a tablespoon of batter into the bottom of each mason jar.
- Top with a tablespoon of strawberry jam, spreading evenly over the batter.
- Repeat layers until jars are filled, finishing with a layer of batter on top.
- Place filled jars on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
