White Chocolate Frangelico Cheesecake ππ°

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Frangelico liqueur
- 8 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in Frangelico liqueur and melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Fold in sour cream until incorporated.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from the oven and run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
