1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, crimping the edges as desired.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt.
Gradually add heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before slicing and serving.
