1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue beating until well combined and smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso or coffee with the coffee liqueur, if using.
Dip each chocolate cookie crust into the coffee mixture for a few seconds, ensuring it's soaked but not soggy.
Arrange the soaked crusts in the bottom of a pie dish, covering the entire surface.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the soaked crusts, spreading it evenly.
Repeat with another layer of soaked crusts followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
Before serving, dust the top of the pie generously with cocoa powder.
