Vanilla Nutella Cupcakes π§β¨

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup Nutella

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the whole milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Fill each cupcake liner with batter until they are about 2/3 full.
Warm the Nutella in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until it is slightly softened.
Place a small spoonful of Nutella on top of each cupcake batter. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the Nutella into the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
