Kulfi Tiramisu ๐๐จ

Ingredients
For the Kulfi Layer:
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, cashews)
- 1/4 cup chopped dried fruits (raisins, dates)
For the Tiramisu Layer:
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, sugar, and cardamom powder until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruits until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Insert popsicle sticks or small spoons into each mold.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur, if using.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them too long or they will become too soggy.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture, ending with a layer of mascarpone on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, remove the kulfi popsicles from the molds or cups and arrange them on top of the tiramisu.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
