Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes π«π§

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Guinness Stout
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a saucepan, heat Guinness and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sour cream until well combined. Add vanilla extract.
- Gradually add Guinness mixture to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
