1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
