Mixed Berry Tiramisu ππ°

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup raspberry liqueur (optional)
1 package ladyfingers
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
In a shallow dish, mix together the orange juice and raspberry liqueur (if using).
Dip each ladyfinger into the orange juice mixture for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Top with half of the mixed berries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and mixed berries.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
