1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
24 ladyfinger cookies
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Cocoa powder, for dusting

In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
In a shallow dish, combine brewed espresso and coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the espresso mixture briefly, ensuring it is moistened but not soaked.
Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual glasses.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of raspberry preserves.
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone mixture, and raspberry preserves.
Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries and a dusting of cocoa powder.
