Cherry Cheesecake Crescent Muffins πŸ’πŸ§

Servings: Makes 8 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place each triangle into a muffin cup, pressing it down to form a mini crescent roll crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each crescent roll crust.
  • Top the cream cheese mixture with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent roll crust is golden brown.
  • Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  • Once cooled, dust the muffins with powdered sugar.
