Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna ππ

β Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries and mint leaves for garnish
β Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread half of this cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully spread the strawberry jam over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers by spreading the remaining cream cheese mixture over the jam.
- Top with the remaining sliced strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves before serving.
