Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate spread
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Divide the coconut mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a dome shape using your hands. Place the domes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using the back of a spoon, create a hollow in the center of each coconut dome to hold the chocolate spread.
- Fill each hollow with chocolate spread, dividing it equally among the domes.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the coconut domes to set.
- Once set, remove the coconut domes from the refrigerator and drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each dome.
- If desired, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes over the melted chocolate for garnish.
- Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for an additional 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
