- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup limoncello liqueur
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and limoncello.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not overly soggy.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and lemon mascarpone mixture.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
