β Ingredients:
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
β Directions:
- Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
- Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Microwave the chocolate frosting for 30 seconds, then pour it over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading evenly to cover.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
