Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, berries, shaved chocolate
Directions
- Place the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Spoon the white chocolate mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
