Lemon Blueberry Lasagna dessert๐๐

๐Ingredients๐
- 1 package (16 oz) lasagna noodles
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 cup blueberry pie filling
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh blueberries and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
๐Directions๐
1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping and lemon zest until well combined.
3. Spread a thin layer of lemon curd on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top of the lemon curd.
5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the blueberry pie filling.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture, and blueberry pie filling.
7. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
8. Before serving, garnish with fresh blueberries and lemon slices, if desired.
