1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Sift in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top of the batter, pressing them down lightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
