4 large egg whites
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preheat the oven to 225Β°F (110Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the sugar, about 1 tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
In a separate small bowl, mix the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and sea salt until well combined.
Gently fold the peanut butter mixture into the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.
Drop spoonfuls of the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meringues are crisp and dry to the touch.
Turn off the oven and leave the meringues inside with the door closed for an additional hour to cool completely.
